FEEDING PROGRAMMES
Cultural Bridge – Simba Verein also acknowledges the role that healthy food plays in the livelihoods of all children. Many children attend school on an empty stomach and cannot fully concentrate on the lessons.
In response, we organize a daily luncheon. This not only improves a child’s ability to concentrate and absorb knowledge in the classroom, but it leads to less cases of undernourishment and malnutrition. Furthermore, it generates a strong incentive for parents to have their children attend school on a regular basis.
